"We arrived on time and although they were still ckeaning our room it was completely fine. They were very apologetic but it gave us a chance to get in some sight seeing. It is such a beautiful home and so peaceful. We totally enjoyed our time there and will definitely look at staying again should we return for a second trip to Kawhia. Thank you to you and your beautiful wife for allowing us to stay. "

"I have never been welcomed with so much helpful information at any establishment in my life. Our cabin was quaint and cozy. The two local pubs were both in walking distance and had delicious dinners. My best!"

"We had a lovely weekend away in Kawhia and really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The host was excellent—communication was spot on, very welcoming, and everything was explained clearly, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free.The property itself was immaculately clean and well cared for, and we especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly, which made a big difference for us.All in all, a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway."

"Kitchen was fully equipped, lounge was comfortable and there was more then enough room for us. Attended the Okapu Poukai whilst my daughter and grand daughters went fishing and flounder. All in all great stay. "
