“The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. They were not so we had to leave again to……

“At 11:00 PM we were startled awake by what sounded like a jackhammer right next to us. The maintenance room shared a wall with our room and I found a man in there working on some kind of cabling. This frightenting noise continued on till about 12:15 PM. AC quit working. Carpet was soaked by the desk area. At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff. I went down to the front desk only to find it unmanned. I rang the Ring doorbell at the front desk. No one answered. I then……

“Bedbugs bite my wife, so travelers be aware”

“Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”. The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night. Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH……

“The rooms were very clean as was the hotel. We had a noise problem with the room and they changed us to another room. I'll go back without thinking twice about going! Very good night's sleep.”

“It was noisy because of all the slamming doors. The blackout curtain had multiple tears or holes. The A/C was barely adequate. This hotel needs a major renovation. ”

“Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in.”

“The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The hotel staff were friendly though.”

“This was our 2nd time staying here, it was perfect for us. The large fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. The place was very clean and we had all of the amenities. We were very satisfied and if we come back to Oklahoma we will definitely book again. Lovely home ”
