「Good afternoon. I'd like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality. My wife and I came to Fethiye from Mersin for a few days and spent a long time choosing a hotel. We finally settled on the Tanris City House and weren't disappointed. The room was excellent, clean, non-smokers, with a terrace, and an excellent and rich breakfast every day. 「Location and view was great. The host assisted with extra towels, toilet paper and information regarding beaches to visit.
When we arrived, the windows were completely down and the ac was not on. The temperature was above 95°. When the windows were closed, the one on the right never closed completely leaving space for noise, heat and bugs to enter.
The WiFi was never stable, which prevented the kids from watching shows at night to wind down.

「Deluxe room has great views and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Typical Turkish breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Needs attention to detail to improve overall experience (no teaspoon for in room coffee, no extra towels for jacuzzi, TV and internet was not working on arrival). Be prepared to walk 15min to the centre of Fethiye and a small but steep hill. Overall very good for our purposes 」

「The initial impression was fantastic, but unfortunately there was no hot water due to a plumbing issue and then there was no TV available. The breakfast was good but when we asked for information on skydiving we waited for a long time and no one came to help.」
