「One of the reception staff members, who spoke Arabic, appeared to prioritize Arabic-speaking guests over others. Unfortunately, I felt that they did not treat all guests equally, and their attitude toward non-Arabic-speaking guests was not welcoming or professional.」

「The place was really spacious, especially the living area, bedroom small but cosy. The pool was clean and great size. Nice city and mountain views from the pool and bar area and a bit from our room. The beach is 10 minute walk, the shops and eateries next door. Balconies are very small but cute and are enough for smoking . There were some minor issues such as cleaning and maintenance but they were resolved very soon after reported. Some members of staff ask a lot of personal questions which is...
