The hotel is beautiful and is truly a cave hotel. Be prepared for rustic accommodations, however. The staff is very helpful, kind, and available 24 x 7. The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to ...

The room was very nice. Grocery store right across the street and beer store 2 min walk away. Lots of restaurants 5-10 min walkawy. Sude was very nice and helpful.

Once in your life to visit
Gorome itself is very charming. A lot of things to do other than balloon. Food a bit expensive but taste nice
The city of Nevşehir is not the place to stay for tourists. It is the towns of Goreme or Uchisar for Cappadocia
Absolutely fantastic, a totally different atmosphere, just beautiful!
