「Lovely hotel and service would stay again but think I would stay in a normal type room not a cave felt abit tight for air with having no windows 」

「The staff is polite and helpful. Taking the luggage up to the stair and helped us settled down in the night. One disappointing things is the air ballon photo taking area on the roof did not open.」

「非常特别漂亮的酒店，独特的洞穴酒店设计，房间布置也是非常用心，而且在里面一点也不热，在阳台上晒太阳看风景，感觉特别好，店员非常热情友好！距离乌奇萨城堡只有几步之遥。」

「Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. 」

「Gerek otelin konumu, gerek çalışanların güler yüzlü olması gerekse odamızın temiz ve çok güzel dekore edilmiş olması açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Ayrıca balon manzaralı terası sayesinde de güne mükemmel bir manzara ile başlama olanağı da sunması ayrıca çok güzeldi. 」

「When we checked in, we saw there was a big fan inside the room and the air conditioner obviously was not working. However, the staffs in the hotel keep telling us it was fine and refused to change the room for us despite it was 35 degrees outside in Cappadocia. We were staying in a room without air conditioning for one day which was absolutely not acceptable. If the hotel doesn’t know the air conditioning is not working, they won’t put a fan in the room perhaps? Hope they can fix the air...

「Great location in the heart of Goreme. The staff is very courteous and the breakfast and terrace are great. The only recommendation would be double pane windows because some of the noise from the street filters into the room. But a set of ear plugs did the trick. Will be back. 」
