Kayenta Hotel with Pool

"Has an outdated feel, could use updates and maintenance but it was fine for our one night stay. Our son loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Conveniently located, clean. Breakfast was decent. Not a bad stay for the price. One of the cleaning staff was a little more rude than I thought appropriate when asking people to leave the pool, but maybe he was having a hard day."

"Leaking shower head , dirty sink because it kept clogging up . Floor was lifting up because of water link . Mattress was like sleeping on sagging , You could feel the springs and every time I moved, they made a springing sound very poor night sleep. Front door was crooked and had a gap of about a quarter inch on the half bottom of the door . No coffee available in the morning . People on top floor above us made banging noise all night long just really a horrible stay I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy."

"The Sand Hollow Resort is Absolutely an Amazing Place to stay ! I only wish I had brought my Clubs and Dirtbike !!!!!! I had a Great NY Steak and sat outside on the Deck ! I Highly recommend to you to stay here !!!"

"We found a bedbug in our first room, we brought it to the attention of the staff, they moved us to another room and we found another bedbug. We left after that and got a full refund. "

"Room was clean but got upgraded to jacuzzi suite without asking (hopefully no up charge) and the jacuzzi was dirty. Room was not cleaned after the first night and when I asked for more towels no one brought any. Ran out of Kleenex right away and had to ask for more. Breakfast in the basement with stairs the only way to get down there. Is this legal?!? ADA?"
