"Such a cute hotel! The staff was very polite, the lobby and exterior are ornate, and the room had a small balcony with a great view overlooking downtown and some of the nearby landscape. The room wasn't ready until almost an hour and a half after check in time, but once we got access to the room everything was clean and looked well maintained, including the very comfortable and plush bed. The bathroom looked to be newly remodeled, with lots of light fixtures and polished stainless steel, although the shower drained slowly.
The property details as well as the hotels website indicated that there were laundry services available, but when we asked, they stated that they only had dry cleaning. Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind.
Downstairs, there is a coffee shop with a small pastry selection instead of a breakfast area. We opted to go to a nearby diner instead for a full breakfast but there were a few patrons in the cafe seating area.
Overall a good place to stay, albeit a little over priced for the amenities available."
