This apartment is located on the 1 st floor of the building, it has 2 bedrooms equipped with the very comfortable queen-size bed, 3 full bathrooms （ 1 extra bath for the guest living in living room sofa bed), 1 kitchen loaded with all the cooking wares and silverware, and 3 facing ocean private balconies! We are offering the ultimate in affordable, luxurious island retreats.
This place is 20 -30 minutes driving distance to the airport, Hilo downtown, Vacano National Park, Black Sand Beach, Akaka Falls etc.

Andy was super quick with addressing any questions I had. The property was super convenient to Hilo about 20-30 minutes. Super beautiful property with the comforts of home. The rooms were super clean. Quiet and serene.

We have stayed here before and knew it was clean, close to the ocean and had everything we needed. The host, Andy, is so friendly. He would help in any way possible. We could hear the ocean waves crashing into the cliffs. I fantastic time and wonderful place to stay.

The premises was excellent in all aspects except the lack of air conditioning and a bit too far from the city even with a rental car (4 miles from the main road). Landord was very good. Check in and out procedures are very simple and good.
