「Saw a dead cockroach fully visible near the sofa. It was clear that it was not vacuumed before arrival because it was too visual. Sofa smelled really bad and place is noticeably not clean. We left the day of and decided not to stay. Understand that Hana is safe overall but we didnt feel comfortable, especially where signal is very poor. The price was why we were attracted to this place but understood why. Small things like check-in codes that probably never change or no curtains in the living...

「Overall, our experience was great! Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and the room was reasonably clean. The furniture and bedding could definitely use some updating, and the pull-out couch wasn’t the most comfortable.
