Great location and would normally be okay
"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."

不值得再次入住
"上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。"

"One of the best hotel in Lombok, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a must try! The food always exceed my expectations, and the price is very reasonable. I came to the hotel for its beach and the facilities but I stayed for the restaurant."

"La struttura è molto bella completa di comfort quali SPA escursioni e una buona cucina. La sconsiglierei se deve fare da base di appoggio per le Gili del nord, ci vorrebbero 2 ore di macchina per arrivare al porto di Sengiggi e poi il tempo del traghetto andata e ritorno. Però dal Sundancer di certo ..."
