“We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. The breakfast was nicely arranged with different foods including vegetables, egg, chicken, sausages, bacon, croissant, bread roll and fruits. It was ready at the lobby at……

“Very clean every where in the hotel property, good WiFi , good breakfast, lots of seafood restaurants just across the street , definitely will stay at Platinum hotel Jembaran again next time when I am in Bali.”

“Dion and your restaurant staff were lovely. However your property needs a major renovation. Simple things like new towels, bedsheets, milk pods in the frig etc would make a difference. I realise that you are a budget hotel but at the moment you are a very ordinary budget hotel. You could be a GREAT budget hotel. Floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, no spare toilet rolls., one elevator didn't work. THANK YOU”

“离海滩很近，步行几分钟就到了，很适合去看日落。老板和员工都很热情，服务还不错。第一天住的是普通的标间，感觉挺一般的，于是第二天换成了别墅房，价格不贵，上下两层的，房间很大，很有特色。环境不错，像个小花园。酒店还送了15分钟的脚部按摩，很舒服，呵呵。早餐很简单，土司和蛋饼，木瓜很甜很好吃，咖啡也很香。酒店有个小泳池，真的很小，游几下就到头了。去海滩很方便，但是去其他地方就不方便了，有点偏。”

“因為班機離開的時間因素,我們實際只有入住一天半,時間很短,所以選擇了靠近機場比較近的住宿地點,去有名的金巴蘭海邊看夕陽也很近,很方便,飯店有附設游泳池 ,很精巧安靜,環境清潔,服務人員也很熱心很好相處,感覺是度假放鬆的好地方!”

“地址很好 可是在没有加任何物品的情况下 我们确实三个人入住 酒店强制加了10美金 不明白为什么 什么都没有需要加 还要加这么多钱”
