「The property itself is very nice. Didn’t realize it was in a secluded area that’s isolated and difficult to get in and out of. Within this area there are restaurants and beach clubs which aren’t included, and everything is so much more expensive than regular prices in Bali. But they can charge more cuz you don’t have access to anything else. The Expedia ad makes it seem like the beach club utopia and all is included, but the only thing it includes is the entrance. You still have to pay minimum...

「I was booking 2 bedrooms villa with pool but the pool was not useful, water was down and dirty, I report to receptionist but no action and I reported again in the evening finally they sent someone and told me the pool was broken not sure why they gave me room with a broken pool. They should give me partial refund since I booked Villa with a working pool」

Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. 」
