“房间很宽敞，布局也很舒服。但早餐种类少，基本上住了12天，吃的早餐每天都基本一样，没什么可以选择的余地。另外床质量差，睡在上面就一个坑，不舒适。”

“Due the weather we did not use the hot tub or lake activities. The home is well maintained, clean and as advertised. The host was available to answer questions. Instructions tor arrival were clear. Two minor issues: The house number is not available from the street. It would be nice if the number is on the house by the street. There are four ceiling fan/light remotes. The batteries were dead or missing, so the controls wouldn't work. We replaced the batteries so we could control them.”

“This property was perfect for hosting a large group of family members who were visiting for a wedding. It was large, clean and well equipped.”

“The house is very well maintained, as is the exterior of the house. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us, and the house has some great character! Everything was as advertised. The host was exceptional and very accommodating. A family member was coincidentally staying at another property owned by the host that same weekend, and had similar excellent things to say. I will definitely reach out to the host again when traveling back to Detroit. Bonus, the property is right on the Detroit Golf……

“There was no works to describe my stay there… it gave me exactly what I was looking for in a LOFT type stay… will definitely stay again and property owner was amazing as well and got back to me in a timely manner”

“We did have a few little issues but communication was very quick to respond. I suggest they get a new cleaning crew. The frig was missed and it was noticeable that something had spilled inside the frig. The house is as listed. The linens where clean and ample towels where provided. We would stay here again.”

“This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly. A high chair or booster and or pack n play to use would have been a bonus, but we……

“Unsafe property and very dirty. No hot water during winter season and microwave wasnt working. Would not recommend. I am not picky at all but the fact that I booked for over 1 week and had to leave 3 hours into my stay was a horrible experience. Owner did not want to refund nor reimburse. Attached pictures to my Expedia complain and working on a reimbursement. ”

“The hotel is modern and spotless, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are huge. So many hotels make you feel cramped, but the room I had was massive and included a huge desk, a couch with coffee table. The TV was much larger than I expected, I could actually enjoy laying in bed watching it. I can't believe the hotel is this cheap, it was nicer than a holiday Inn I stayed at the night before and more than 50 dollars cheaper. ”
