“Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs……

“The house is exactly as pictured, plenty of space and lots of big bedrooms! We really enjoyed the home, we had 14 people for a BBQ Graduation celebration! My ONLY complaint is that the kitchen is SORELY under equipped. There were very few things needed to cook and serve 14 people, and the house sleeps that many so it’s expected the guests will cook. Otherwise the place is awesome!”

“We went to Colorado to visit our adult kids, and our new granddaughter. We selected this property because it was only 7 miles from them, but we will absolutely be back! The house we stayed in was so nice. TWO full size couches for us to stretch out on after a long day. “We very much enjoyed our stay at your place. Our son lives in Westminster and it was convenient to hang our with him during our stay. We also headed up to Estes and Rocky Mountain NP. The drive from the place was easy and did not take long. The place was nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. All the appliances worked well. We would definitely stay there again.”
