All you want from a vacation is to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun and sea.
Imagine a place where hills roll off towards the sea and pine trees cover everything all the way down to the beach. There, just before the break to sand, lie a couple of houses with only gardens separating them from the waves.
Imagine that balcony above, with only the blue of the sky and the sea in front of it. Magical right?
Well you can stop imagining it and come experience it for yourself in this amazing home.
Kefalonia is a beautiful island and Trapezaki is one of those special places that highly contribute to that beauty. A small cove beach, nested to the south of the island, hidden by trees and hills. Next to Lourdas and close enough to the airport and even Argostoli you will not be actually estranged away in some remote location. However, at the same time, here you easily lose yourself to the serenity and magic of the never-ending blue.
Our house is a 3-bedroom two-bathroom family home. Over 150sq.m. it will fit any family or group of 6 with great comfort. The large open living room and the great balcony give you uninhibited view of the sea that literally begins where the property ends. There is a big fully equipped kitchen that can cover cooking any meal.
All three bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and have plenty of wardrobe storage.
The whole house is air-conditioned. One bathroom has a tub and the other a shower. There is a washing machine also available in the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped. A regular size stove and oven, a wide fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster cover the necessary appliances. Of course, all essential tools, pots, pans, plates glasses and utensils are provided. You can cook whatever you want in here, from a simple breakfast to a feast.
The living room, oh the living room. Facing the sea, through a full glass-door south wall, with high ceiling it’s full of light, open and inviting. The perfect space to enjoy the view from the inside. There is also a dining area at the back with a table for six.
The star of the show throughout this property is the magnificent view and the best way to enjoy it of course is the balcony in front. Wide and long, the balcony can provide an excellent spot for having your breakfast in the morning or drinks in the evening and anything else you can think of in between.
All in all, if you think summer is about the sun and the sea you should come to Kefalonia. In Kefalonia our house is an ideal and truly unique spot to experience the Ionian Sea.
Guests have access to the house as described above. There is a fourth bedroom that is not available to guests and used for storage of some of our personal items. Also, part of wardrobe space might be restricted as well for the same reason.
Being a restaurant owner for over 30 years I value guests and hospitality very highly. We will welcome you personally, check you in and show you around. We will always try our best for someone of us to be at your disposal if need be. Please understand that our business, a family owned and run restaurant in a resort can be really hectic in the summer and might take a little while to respond when needed.
