「Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ganz ruhig, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Außerdem ist sie zu Fuß von der Stadtmitte von Kehl, vom Rheinufer und vor allem von der Endstation der Tram nach Straßburg nur wenige Minuten entfernt, weshalb wir die ganze Zeit unser Auto direkt vor dem Haus stehen gelassen haben. ( Unser Tip: Tages- , Dreitages- oder Fünftageskarte für die Tram kaufen- sehr günstig!)
Cons: Uns fällt nichts ein.」

「J'ai loué cet appartement avec une collègue, car l'annonce indiquait qu'il disposait d'une chambre. Cependant, une fois sur place, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre mais seulement un coin nuit. Cela a posé un vrai problème d'intimité pour ma collègue et moi-même. Si j'avais connu ce détail à l'avance, je n'aurais pas loué ce logement.
De plus, la salle de bain n'était pas nettoyée : le lavabo était sale et bouché, et la baignoire se trouvait dans le même état.

「Très bel appartement moderne tout neuf. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée... mieux qu'à l'hôtel...seul bémol le bruit des voitures dans la rue qui donne sur les chambres...il faisait tellement chaud qu'on n'avait pas le choix de laisser la fenêtre ouverte avec la canicule.... Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire...je recommande 」

「Tried to check in early and used help on chat line. Was rerouted several times and never got a straight answer from the remote help desks. We came in 3hrs before check in time. Nothing was resolved on our request for early checkin. I was given a number by help desk to call directly. Same result. Never got to actual reception for an answer.
2 hrs later, after a meal at a restaurant close to the train station we decided to just get to Belvilla. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time… no...

「This apartment was just what we needed and expected. It was easy to find in a well located neighborhood to tour Strasbourg. They provided a very extensive visitor's guide, which was very helpful.
