“Very nice older unit. Well appointed, clean, centrally located. Jane, our host, was extremely responsive. Beautiful ocean view. Pretty grounds and a very nice pool. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again, no question.”

“We stayed for two weeks at this Manualoha rental in the Poipu area. We enjoyed the 7 to 10 minute walk to the busy beautiful beaches. We enjoyed returning to the solitude of the pool which can only be entered by Manualoha guests that have the entry key. Sometimes we were the only people at the pool! The home was very comfortable and the large lanai was a beautiful place to relax. The master bedroom with large closet and shower was a bonus. Some of the appliances are showing their age but still……

“We had a great experience. The condo was a great place for our family of four. It is SO close to the beach. You avoid all the hectic parking that everyone else had to deal with. The AC in the bedrooms is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. We'd recommend this to anyone.”

“Tropical appointments, kitchen more than adequately supplied. Bed was very comfortable. View every morning at sunrise, watching sea turtles feed on the algae right below the lanai.”

“The location is amazing and conveniently located. When we walked into the unit we could immediately hear the waves crashing. Each morning and evening we enjoyed the views from lanai. The unit was a good size for 2 people, but some of the furniture was “tired” and uncomfortable. It also would have been nice if the bedroom had a small tv for the option to wind down and relax in the bedroom.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Many amenities were provided for inside and outside. This included a cooler, beach chairs and other beach equipment. Cam gave us a gift of chocolate covered macadamia nuts and left us some bananas from his property.”

“Great home base for our family (5 and 8 year old shared a room with their own twin beds), very close to many fun and kid friendly beaches. You can access resorts and golf courses nearby. And they had beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear available to use, plus the onsite tennis court included pickle ball equipment to play at your leisure. Lovely and comfortable layout and great communication with the property manager via Vacasa. Would definitely recommend!”

“The location of this vrbo is amazing, such beautiful surroundings which may make it worth it. That being said, the price is a bit steep once you take into account additional check in, daily resort/ parking fees. The room/ facilities are somewhat dated but overall an easy/pleasant stay.”

The kitchen was fully stocked, there were beach chairs available to take with me to beaches, and they even left a welcome basket with some snacks and coffee for that next morning (life saver!) Sunsets are beautiful and easily accessible at the other end of the small property near The Beach House restaurant next door - which was always busy and smelled delicious. “We have stayed in many condos in Kahala, Poipu Kai, and this one had the best view of the ocean. Sunsets were beautiful and a short walking distance to the beach, two restaurants and the Grand Hyatt made for a spectacular location.”

“Wowsa!! Our whole condo overlooked the ocean. Natural white noise to fall asleep to! We saw whales, schools of dolphins, turtles and surfers just sitting on our balcony. Also witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We will be back!!”

“Stayed here with our whole family, lots of options for beds and was also very nice that lots was provided( toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towel, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and more) made it much easier then having to go out and buy it all. We didn’t arrive until midnight and it was very easy to check in and straight forward, just use the code and in you go. Would stay here again.”

“The condo was beautiful, the AC worked great, the beds were comfy, there were beach chairs and towels that came in handy for when we went to the beach and the community was so nice and quiet and even had a Farmers Market on Saturday ☺️”

“This home is a little bit of a drive from the North shore, but our family enjoyed having the space this home supplied, and the view is beautiful! We loved sitting on the porch swing and enjoying the view of the ocean!! The master suite was so nice for our small children. Jules was great to work with, and took care of the few things we needed. We would highly recommend.”
