"This property is a motel with broken and plastered doors. It smell funny in the room and had mold inside the bath tub. The wash room sink was cracked and internet dont even work."

"Yes room was clean but the tv picture color was too dark, the a/c didn't work, and the wifi signal was nonexistent! "

"The overall experience was great. Tiburon is lovely and this is a great location. The hotel rooms are clean and updated. The outdoor areas are very nice as well. Ice machine was broken for our whole stay. The shared outdoor areas need to be regularly tidied up. Otherwise everything was great. We will come again. "

"Filthy room. Floors hadn't been mopped in what looked like years. Strong smell of Marijuana as soon as we opened the door. Staff was average. Not very friendly, but not rude. Parking was spacious and nice. Although we were afraid to leave anything in our car. Pretty rough neighborhood. "

"Rooms were very nice, I could tell they were recently remodeled, however, the rest of the hotel was under heavy construction and it was very difficult to get in and out, as they kept redirecting guests through different entrances. Since it is adjacent to a Casino, at night it doesn't feel safe as "service girls" gather outside looking for clients. If you have small children, I wouldn't stay there."

"Rooms were clean. Beds were a little soft for our groups taste but overall comfortable. There were a few utensils that would have been great to have but there was enough that we could make it work. The parking spot is very small so if you have a larger vehicle like a minivan or SUV it will be hard to park in the spot in the garage. And sometimes the outside spaces were full. Hinter was great to communicate and we very much enjoyed our stay. "

"Weve stayed here twice now and have had nothing but great experiences bot times. The staff is friendly, the rooms are lovely, the hotel is clean, the restaurant located below is very good, and the area is nice and filled with everything you could need."

"Perfect spot to relax, Staff is excellent, Jonathon was very helpful and friendly. Several Great restaurants within walking distance. The view of the bay is outstanding. Will definitely come back again very soon."
