"The room was dirty. The property was run down. The linens were dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bathroom was disgusting. The sink is all falling apart, and the light switches were broken. I would not recommend staying here. The staff was terrible and rude. This hotel was misrepresented and was not nice or even worth the cost. I would never stay here as once we checked in we ended up leaving"

"Too much noise from the highway and streets around, despite being non smoking you could smell people smoking everywhere and particularly in the middle of the night, the rooms were not properly insulated against noise/smoke, I do not recommend "

"The parking sucks, I tried to go on a walk outside and there was a homeless man trying to get in, the elevator felt like it was going to collapse every time you’d get in, the place feels old and definitely needs renovations, the map was a little confusing and I had to go to the front desk because my key wasn’t working, it felt like a motel more than a hotel, they also didn’t tell me in advance before booking that they will charge you 200 dollars when you check in just in case there are any damages and they reimburse it to you after you check out, the staff was great and helpful, I called the front desk at 12 am to request toothpaste and I got it in less than 5 minutes which is nice considering the walk is long. The issue is with the administration of the place, not the employees. They seriously need to fix that parking lot and renovate the buildings in general"

"The bathroom had huge globs of hair in the shower that did not come from us and the carpet probably needs to be replaced...there are permanent marks on it that looks like foot prints "

"The view of the bay and all three bridges was absolutely spectacular at this home. Very quiet neighborhood and a beautiful property. The place was clean and properly stocked for our stay and the host was very responsive. I would hands down stay here again. "
