Very clean room. Lots of parking and excellent price in Marin. Quick drive to ferry terminal at Larkspur over to San Francisco. 22 minute drive to Muir redwoods state park. Would definitely stay here again.

The pros far outweigh the cons at this property. The Evwrgreen is updated floor to ceiling, thoughtful design choices throughout, spotless, comfortable beds, steamer, Nespresso machine!, vaulted ceilings, and lots of lighting options. Close to incredible shopping and food, very safe area. Would absolutely stay here again. Cons: thin walls. We believe the others who mentioned this and we brought a white noise machine and ear plugs and we were just fine we slept just fine! The rooms with windows facing the main road have a slender side window that lets a floodlight shine in the room all night/ so that created a little irritation as I love a pitch black sleep experience. But again, for the rate- I was willing to endure these minor annoyances for the big picture!
