The girl at the front desk was very polite and helpful and the restaurant staff were amazing as well.

「Pour nous, ce n'était pas clair au moment de la location que la douche et les toilettes étaient a l'extérieur. Il n'est jamais inscrit clairement sur l'annonce qu'il n'y a pas d'eau dans le chalet. Pour le service et l'accueil : rien à redire. Monsieur super sympatique.」

「Pool spa not open even though I called 2 days before to ask if it was! Front desk staff totally incompetent! King bed instead of two queens but sorted out! Hotel under renovations so should be closed till finished and up to par?」
