It was a good place to have a holiday with our kids. Fine rooms. Ok food at the restaurant. Nice water park, beach and pool at the hotel. Bit hard to talk to the hotel workers, they were very pore at talking English.

Best experience ever. Travelling as a big family together can be stressful. We arrived early and welcomed by the staff front desk. Mr Ismael the night manager made sure comfortable. The hotel us early check in and breakfast. Mr Kayvan the guest relation manager whom spook 7 languages. helped us a lot. He upgraded our rooms with extra charges. this hotel hospitality, and the quality of real five star . we enjoyed the clean rooms and receiving fruit baskets and sweets, daily. The food, and the restaurants and beach restaurant was so fresh so good quality with so much varieties. We used swimming in the beach in the pool water park and sauna and Turkish bath daily. We also got a good deal with that group massage which was a good experience. Our ride back to airport was managed by the hotel. If you wanna feel luxury and safe and enjoy every bit of your trip this resort is the answer. Make sure connect with Mr. Kayvan for all the possible solutions . The dinner st the terrace felt very luxury and the kebabs and staffs professionalism, such a great atmosphere and treat with family. It was the stress-free vacation best experiences ever there was a disco night very very organized for people to dance use Shisha Hoka. They had music by turn EnglishTurkish Russian and Persian. Mr Kayvan thank you so much.with our scuba diving and other tourism activities. Thanks to all the staff/workers. They worked so hard and respecting all the guest equally No staring or uncomfortable behaviour

Terrible Stay at Daima Biz Hotel (5 star Hotel?)

Two seperated bed, very small and dirty room that is not seen at the web site of the hotel and agent's web sites...be careful about this hotel! If you have any problem should know that no one is going to help you. The hotel stuff will recomend you to communicate with your agent (like hotels.com or expedia etc). They have 2 diffrent type of building. One good one bad. If the good full then you be in the bad but you can not know which one are you going to be..because only good one in the web sites... I have very bad experience with this hotel. I dont recomended.. Hotels.com should do its job and protect its customer's satisfaction before earning money. Easy comes easy go!

Instalaciones exteriores , lobby y comedores bien. Las habitacion tenía problema de mantenimiento (aire acondicionado que no enfría, humedad entre los azulejos del baño, un estado viejo y poco mantenido en general). Personal amable y buena comida aunque se repetían las comidas noche- desayuno y almuerzo. Para una escapada con niños de 3-4 dias, siendo tolerante puede ser una buena experiencia. Más tiempo pesarán mucho las carencias.

Priset matchar inte kvaliteten.

Bästa med detta hotellet var vattenparken och nära stranden! Hotellet är gammalt och kräver renovering. Maten var inte särskilt gott, även om man hittade något gott tog det snabbt slut. Det fanns alltid långa köer för att få ägg eller pommes(väldigt irriterande att stå i en lång kö varje gång) Inga bra aktiviteter inuti hotellet förutom en stor pool som är öppen väldigt länge!

Schlechte Bewertung für Daima Biz Unser Aufenthalt war eine große Enttäuschung. So etwas haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Schon bei der Ankunft war klar, dass das Hotel nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Trotz einer Buchung für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick über Expedia, erhielten wir ein Zimmer ohne diesen Blick. Die Rezeption behauptete, der Fehler läge bei Expedia, da es in diesem Hotel keine Familiensuiten mit Meerblick gäbe. Das Hotel war insgesamt in einem miserablen Zustand: Der Weg zum Zimmer war schmutzig, das Personal unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer roch unangenehm und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, es war entweder zu kalt oder nicht kühl genug. Die Reinigung erfolgte je nach Wunsch, wobei das Zimmer weiterhin dreckig blieb und die Handtücher fleckig waren. Besonders störend war die unhygienische Situation am großen Swimmingpool, wo verstopfte Toiletten zu überschwemmten Bereichen führten, die Gäste barfuß betreten mussten. Das Personal reagierte darauf nicht angemessen. Die Buchung über eine Website führte dazu, dass wir keine ordnungsgemäße Reisebestätigung oder Rechnung erhielten. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde uns eine Quittung ausgehändigt. Was besonders enttäuschend war, war die fehlende Gastfreundschaft. In der Türkei ist Gastfreundschaft normalerweise eine Selbstverständlichkeit, aber in diesem Hotel war sie überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Das hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, fremd im eigenen Land zu sein.

Die Hotel war unhiygenisch, die essen waren nicht frisch, ca. 80 % war immer die gleihe essen. Nach ca. 20 min.. Sind die essen schon kalt gewesen, hat kein mikrowele so etwas. Die geschir war nie sauber, Am zimmer war nicht immer neue handtuch, seife oder wc papiere dabei.

Essen und Program keine Abwechslung. Hotelanlage braucht eine Grundreinigung, die Anlage ist ziemlich ungepflegt, die Wãnde, Boden und die Aufzüge werden wohl kaum geputzt. Gegen Personal ist nichts zu sagen, immer freundlich. Aber sehr wahrscheinlich wird an Grundreinigung gespart. Nie wieder!!!

Food is mediocre, staff looks miserable and some are very rude. Hotel needs serious upkeep. The room was not very clean and fixtures were not working. Broken light, faulty shower head and leaking tub.

Отель отличный,но человеческий фактор все портит как всегда. Чистота в номерах и в отеле оставляет желать лучшего. А так кристально чистое море, отличные аниматоры и программы, еда вкусная и разнообразная. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам на ресепшене Мурату и Расиму!

une semaine de vacances dans un 5 étoiles qui n'en fait réellement que 2 en France pour la partie hôtellerie et pire pour les repas avec des buffets plus que bizarre et mal repartis. Il faut être présent directement a l'ouverture des repas car sinon vous n'aurez plus que les restes et ils ne seront pas forcement agréables!!! Réellement le SEUL point positif de cet hôtel c'est les piscines qui sont grandes et bien entretenues pour le reste si vous voulez y aller c'est votre choix.

När jag ska checka in då tog de jätte långt tid sen när vi kommer in i rummet det va ostädat finns inte en ända handduk de va nästan samma mat varge dag vi va där tre dagar ingen har städar varan rum på tre dagar jätte dåligt cervis jag och min familj va inte nöjda de gick inte ens sova på deras sängar spesiell mina barn så jag kräver tillbaka mina pengar. Otel güzel. Sahil güzel. Odalar rahat. Hoş olmayan şey şuydu. Reception'daki bayana çıkış işlemi yaparken sorduk." Öğlen yemek yiyip gidebilir miyiz ?"diye. Check out işlemini 11.30 da yani yarım saat geç yaptık. sağolsunlar zaman konusunda yardımcı oldular. Ancak bir yemeği çok gördüler. Öğle yemeginden faydalanamayacagimizi soylediler. Hemen bileklikler kesildi. Reception'daki bu davranış dışında herşeyi sevdik.

7312 nolu odada ailemle ve 1.5 yaşında torunumuzla kaldık.Oda iyi temizlenmemiş.Tekrar temizlenmesi gerekli diye söyledik 2 saat sonra temizlendi.Çalışan ofluyarak pofluyara bu işten bıktığını söyleyerek çıktı.Birde kaydımızı resepsiyona yaptırırken cocuk yatağı istedik.3 saat sonra tel açtım tekrar söyledim.Gelen giden yok.Tekrar resepsiyona indim.Görevli arkadaş bir yeri aradı tekrar oraya söyledi.3 gece orada kaldık cocuk yatağı gelmedi.2016 da bu otelde kaldım harikaydı.İnşallah bu eksikliler giderilir.Daha yazacağım çok şey var..
