「I stayed 9 days, nobody speak English, all russian , even the staff.」

「The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10.」

Everything is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Loved the birthday surprise and all the little details for guests. The only downside is smoking everywhere with no designated non-smoking areas. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend.」

「Wir waren hier für eine Woche und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist super sauber und sehr gut gewartet. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant, tickt im Einklang und sind super organisiert. Nichts liegt rum und alles wird sofort gereinigt. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich oder so. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Täglich wechselnde Fisch, Fleisch und Geflügel-Gerichte. 「We stayed 3 days and no one cleaned our rooms or changed towels. We were using wet towels for three days. One day only some one took our trash and took our card from the room. Soap was out and we told the receptionist once but no one refilled the soap dispensers. Looks like they were very understaffed but everyone seems nice and smiling.」
