This hotel in some regard is better, than neighboring ones. It feels less crowded and there are some beach and pool chairs available at any time. You won’t need to get up at 6 am to reserve it with your towel unless you are looking for a certain spot. There are no lines for food as in other places around (I’ve heard). Nice view from restaurant balconies, and plenty of good seating. Last positive - great coffee options. Food is ok. Soft alcoholic beverages are horrible. This does not include beer - I don’t drink it so did not try it. Hotel staff attempt to be professional, helpful, and friendly but lack consistency in their efforts. Your room will never be cleaned completely. I had to ask to clean my bathroom mirror after looking at its stains for days. Hair from the shower was not removed for 3 days until I asked for that. They will always make your bed, but you will always be missing something- towels, soap, a clean coffee cup. If you are looking at this resort- look closely at different room options. I was on a third floor of a bungalow in the middle of the second row from the entrance to the hotel. It was ok. It is very dated, but everything was in working condition. No elevator unless you are in the main building. This was my first time in all inclusive resort in Turkey. It is not anywhere close to what you get for your money in Mexico, Dominican Republic or other Caribbean resort destinations. Would I come back? I would explore more carefully all other options first.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall: A Solid 4/5 — Enjoyable Stay, But Not Quite Five-Star We recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey. Although it claims to be five-star, I’d rate it closer to four stars. We genuinely enjoyed our stay, but there’s room to improve. 🎭 Entertainment — 4/5: Evening shows were one of the highlights. 🍽️ Food — 4/5: Variety was so-so, but we were never hungry and always found something to eat. 🧹 Housekeeping — 3/5: The bungalow cleaning could be better. That said, the staff work incredibly hard, with no elevators and everything having to be carried up and down. We aren’t picky, but it could be more thorough. Overall hotel cleanliness and amenities were good. 🍷 Alcohol — 2.5/5: Unlimited really means unlimited — alcohol is poured everywhere, with wine even available at breakfast. Unfortunately, the wine quality was very poor. Let’s just say the wine was unlimited, and apparently so was the morning headache! 👩‍💼 Staff — 5/5: Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Russian, English, Turkish and some German are widely spoken. 🌴 Grounds & pools — 4.5/5: Beautifully maintained grounds, great pools, and two shaded children’s pools under tent-like covers. The kids’ club looked like a big hit. 🌊 Sea & views — 4.5/5: Beautiful views and a clean, warm, gorgeous sea. The beach is narrow and pebbly, but the water makes up for it. Best of all, even fully booked, the resort never felt overcrowded. There was enough space for everyone. Final: 4/5.

Das Hotel an sich hat eine schöne Anlage, die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und drumherum war es bei uns sehr laut in der Nacht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Meer schön. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Animation, Onur und Yassine haben uns immer geholfen und wir konnten jederzeit bei Fragen auf sie zukommen, tolles Unterhaltungsprogramm!

Really good place for vacation

Great vacation place, really good food variations and they seemed to really care about the guests. The list of the drinks and cocktails were pretty good too. The only downside was that it was too much focus on Russian guests where Russian music was mostly played at the pool or the information was mostly commented in Russion.

Over all the hotel food options and facilities was good. The room we stayed in was disappointing very run down and in need of a upgrade. Also there was no basic toiletries that you would expect from a five star hotel. Only soap pumps.
