"All-round good hotel in very picturesque area. Rox hotel next door plays very loud music and so if you get a room next to that hotel, you may have a problem between 3-6pm and 9pm-12am. It is that loud at times that your internal organs vibrate! Saying that, Ludmila at Guest Relations was very good in trying to find a better room (elected to stay in room and just put up with it). Barmen sometimes a little unprofessional, but most staff very good. Spa treatments good and very pleasant areas to sit...
