We booked the side sea view room with balcony. Cleaner Fatimah was very nice and gave excellent customer service. Unfortunately we found Staff in Breakfast to be pretty miserable, not even a smile! Room service was very poor as kept having to ring for water etc.

Wonderfully-designed building. The indoor facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The beach is lovely. Great location, easy to get to shops, restaurants and public transport. Felt very safe in the area.

We had a really relaxing and fun holiday. The hotel was lovely- the staff were really helpful and the hotel was always very clean. There was a lot of entertainment on offer which we really enjoyed. The food was great, we especially enjoyed our meal at the a la carte restaurant where the chef was brilliant. The pool is beautiful and so is the view! The hotel is also so close to the shops, markets and the harbour so great for exploring. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Be careful

I stayed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Antalya with my two young daughters. After our first evening at the buffet, my youngest daughter fell ill with food poisoning and was sick for several days. On our last day, we returned to our room after spending time by the pool, only to discover that my new perfume—purchased at the airport—had been unpacked and was missing, along with another perfume I had brought from home. The only people who had access to our room during our stay were the housekeeping staff and the person who restocks the minibar. I reported the issue to the reception, but they seemed indifferent and showed little concern. Unfortunately, it felt like this kind of situation was not unusual at this hotel.

Property is good. Little mould in the bathroom and the top of bed head board is dusty. Other than that, Good reception, helpful staff, fun activities- day and evening, nice indoor and outdoor pool and access to the Sea you can swim in. All inclusive is definitely the best as you get access to everything including unlimited drinks and daily fridge stock up. Close enough to shopping mall with 24/7 taxi just outside the hotel.

I had a great time! The beach and pool were beautiful and picturesque. The variety of food available was one of the highlights of the trip. Our suite was beautiful and the sea views from our bedrooms were a dream! I also loved that the resort was walking distance from the city. One thing to note is that we were not able to make the payment for the all inclusive option ahead of our trip (there is no option given to do so online). At the check in counter, we made the additional payment to make our stay all inclusive. At the time of our stay (August 2024), to make it all inclusive it was €45 per person per day. The restaurant/bar staff is not bilingual so make sure you have a translator app just in case. All in all, I had a great time and would return again.

Customer service is terrible. Very dangerous to swim because of the rocks under the water and big waves. Very poor choice of food. For this price you can book another hotel with access to the beach and safe to swim.

The hotel it selfish was good however the both inside and outside pool didn't have any life guards around at all time with all the kids being in it. Food can be better? For example if you say chicken tandoori then it should smell and taste like chicken tandoori if you don't know take a cooking lessons in Asian, Italian, european food. I understand everyone wants a tip but it don't hurt just to help your guest. In my opinion I believe the all round staff needs more training and especially into to greeting guest. Location of hotel is very good and one more thing there is no beach with this hotel. If you need to buy any thing just go to local shops it's 10 time cheaper.

The hotel lobby was wonderful, as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. When checking in, we had to wait half an hour for our room to be ready. Our room was on the second top floor and had a wonderful view of the sea. However, the equipment and condition of the room did not correspond to what one would expect from a room in a 5-star hotel. The air conditioning worked poorly and many things were broken in the toilet. The beach area was really fantastic and this increases my satisfaction with the hotel. The beach and the view from the room were actually the only really great and 5-star worthy things in this hotel. The breakfast was of a lower standard than the breakfast of our previous accommodation, even though the previous accommodation was twice as cheap. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. I can only recommend this hotel for a few nights if you want to experience a wonderful and unique beach. This experience was more like a 3 star hotel.
