Overall, decent experience at Hilton. Staff accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. However, if you are vegetarian/vegan like me, it will be abit of a struggle as none of the buffet food is labelled as suitable for veggie/vegans. Considering 90pc of the tourists were Russians, this might explain it. To give an example, the pizza counter uses chicken to prove the dough, which was shocking as they were displaying pizzas with vegetables, which one would assume is vegetarian. The hotel has not taken into account Western tourists and the growing population of veggie/vegans at all. Other than that, could not fault the hotel and the staff who are helpful.

Müthiş yemek büfesi.

Küçük alanda çok konforlu ve keyifli bir otel herşey yeterli ve kaliteli. Odanızdan deniz ve havuza barlarw restorana ulaşmak için dakikalarca yürümenize gerek yok. Deniz öğleden önce dalgalı sonrasında rüzgar azalınca berrak ve keyifli. Yemekler müthiş, açık büfede bu kadar kaliteli ve lezzetli yemekleri bulabilmek hiç kolay değil. Başaşçı ve ekibine ve bu kadroya bu kadar kaliteli ürünler ile hizmet verebilme imkanı sağlayanlara çok teşekkürler.

2.5 aylik bebegimizle ilk tatilimizi iyiki bu oteli tercih ederek yapmisiz diyorum gercekten hem bu kadar konforlu hem bu kadar lezzetli yemeklere sahip olan hemde butun calisanlarinin yuzu gulen bi otel daha gormemistik sayenizde gorduk hersey icin cok ama cok tesekkur ederiz. Hergun ozellikle ogle yemeklerinde arabalarin icinde farkli yicekler sunulmasi el yapimi hamburgerinden(dondurulmus etli filan degil), kumpirine, tantunisine, donerine ve daha sayamadigim bir suru mukemmel lezzetini alkisliyorum, her birisi inanimaz lezzetliydi ellerinize saglik. Mayis ayinda gitmemiz sebebiyle deniz biraz soguktu bu yuzden havuz basinda gunlerimizi gecirdik, havuz tasarimi gercekten bi harikaydi. Hem karniniz hem gozumuzun doydugu bu tatil icin tekrar tesekkurler mutlaka tekrar gorusecegiz!

our experience

The hotel is good, the Food is good, however, they don't open AC it was a little hot during the day, the only explanation we received was that it centralized AC so we were left with a hot room during our stay. thankfully we only booked 2 days, and now we are back to konyalti as it still its offseason now there and not everything functional as intended Our rating summary is as the following:- -food taste and variety of food are great at this hotel, staff at food area are great too. -calm hotel and are, good as some constructions their as is still of season - staff is very clean and polite, great - customers guest relation, useless guy there did 0 help when we expressed our issue with room temperature - neighbors rooms are noisy at night especially if you had Turkish guests near your room they will raise the TV volume till 1:00 Am we have informed respective nothing has been done! overall we liked the hotel but we couldn't stay longer as we prefer the konyalti area are we going to visit again no

Th food and drinks were didn't live up to the expectations from the photos or other guest reviews. The first thing we asked when we booked is if there were any difference between visiting now (november) or during the high season and they said that everything is the same. The liqour is cheap and is not even worth trying. Stick to beer and wine if you want alcohol. The food was average at best and they didn't have any shelfish as the pictures showed. The staff was rude. When you reach the bar, most of the times the person behind it would just turn his back and walk away, leaving you waiting for several minutes. Two years ago, I stayed at Club Ali Bey Manavgat and had the most wonderful time of my life with my family. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. This was nothing like it. Not even close. My wife booked the hammam + massage and they switched the staff in the last second to men, only for them to focus on rubbing her behind. She even hade to tell them several times to focus on her back and stop touching her ass. The beach was lovely and the hotel was very clean. I can imagine it being a lot better in the summer, when the staff is more motivated to put in an effort.

Отличная гостиница! Вкусная и разнообразная еда. Брендовые спиртные напитки. Бармены творят настоящие чудеса с коктейлями. Интересные танцевальные шоу каждый вечер. Живая музыка по вечерам в лобби и на дискотеке в ночи. Маловат пляж и территория.

«Хилтон» уже не тот.

Море, расположение, обслуга и питание в отеле выше всех похвал. Но при заказе и оплате номера не мог предположить что заселят с видом на помойку. На ресепшене только и ждут от тебя 100 $ или € чтобы тебя переселили в другой номер. Это сильно огорчило. После скандала с менеджером, но только спустя 2 суток поменяли номер. После долгого отсутствия россиян в Турции, наши места заняли друзья из Украины. Их много и они везде. К сожалению, Хилтон во много из-за этого, уже не тот что раньше. А в остальном, все очень хорошо, особенно море.

Harika bir tatil yaptık :) teşekkürler

Temizlik, yemekler, hizmet, personellerin güler yüzlü ve ilgili oluşu... Harika bir tatildi. Calisanlar asla başınızda dikilmiyorlar ama birşeye ihtiyacınız olduğunu hissettikleri an koşarak yaninizda oluyorlar. Odalar geniş ferah tertemiz, yemekler taze sıcak kaliteli ürünler kullanılmış ve lezzetli. Tekrar tatil yapacagim zaman kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederim. Tek eksiklik bence otelin hiç bir bölümünde müzik yoktu. Örneğin plajda gündüz eglenceli müzikler çalabilir, ya da restaurantta yemek yerken fonda müzik olabilirdi, akşam animasyonlar showlar vardı ama show bitince ışıklar sönüp müzik kapatildi. Dans edip eğlenmeye devam edilecek bir şey yoktu. Tek eksiklik buydu bnce. Onun dışında herşey mükemmel

Phenomenal hotel

This hotel is not the largest but I feel like they've done a good job using the area efficiently. The pool is great - I loved that they had sunbeds in the pool! The "bungalows" on the side of the pool are great and they are for free! However, you'll need to go out at 7am and put your belongings there in order to secure one for the rest of the day. The beach area is great as well - particularly the bungalow-area on the pier with the large bungalows. The bungalows come in two sizes and are available to rent, however the demand is very high so make sure to book early! Prices range between €75 and €100 depending on size of bungalow. Emrah and his team who work with the Bungalows are great! I would also advice anybody who visit the hotel to engage in the water sport activities. I went on a guided motorboat trip which I enjoyed very much - Fatih and the Captain are very professional and great photographers. Now to the part that earns this hotel a top rating - the service. The service at this hotel was among the very best I've ever seen. The people at the reception who helped us change room 3 times to ineffective AC, the personnel at the restaurant who were so great, especially Hulkiye who would always greet us with a big smile! The food was amazing and choices are plenty! The hotel has a different theme for dinner every day such as mexican, fish etc. All of you made our vacation very pleasant and we are very happy with the choice we made!
