Wonderful Family Experience - Five Stars! We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this hotel in Turkey with the whole family! There were so many activities for the kids – they baked pizza, went on pirate adventures around the hotel, and even planted flowers. The hotel really knows how to make children’s experiences magical! For adults, there was just as much fun to be had – discos, parties, and a variety of shows kept us entertained every evening. And of course, the food! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, with a huge variety of dishes to choose from. Every meal was a treat, and we never ran out of new things to try. Overall, this was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back!

An ok stay. Definitely not 5 star, to call it that is a bit of a joke. The food is alright through the day, then the evening food is something I’d expect to be served in a Russian gulag. Some of the staff are extremely rude especially at the front desk. Which is a shame because other staff around the hotel are very nice and work so hard. A la Carte restaurants are decent. Cleaning staff are great, very hard working and friendly. The surrounding areas also not great so a taxi or bus into Kemer is required.

Good value 5 Star.

Hotel is set in beautiful gardens which lead onto the beach. Two outdoor pools one with slides. There is also an indoor pool. Food in main restaurant was delicious. Drinks were ok. (Gin was not, tasted awful) Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

La literie de la chambre mériterait d’être améliorée : le matelas était très ferme et il n’y avait pas de drap, seulement un couvre-lit peu agréable au toucher. Le sol de la chambre aurait aussi gagné à être mieux nettoyé, nos pieds devenant rapidement sales en marchant pieds nus. Concernant la restauration, le choix est varié et certains plats étaient excellents, même si dans l’ensemble, les mets étaient souvent un peu trop salés à notre goût. Il serait également appréciable de proposer quelques cocktails sans alcool pour les adolescents. L’animation reste discrète : quelques activités comme le yoga, la pétanque, les fléchettes ou la zumba sont proposées, mais l’ambiance générale manque un peu de dynamisme par rapport aux hôtels voisins. La piscine extérieure était assez fraîche (autour de 22°C) et la piscine intérieure, bien que chauffée, était souvent très fréquentée par les enfants, rendant la baignade plus difficile pour ceux qui cherchent un moment de détente. La plage, quant à elle, pourrait être mieux entretenue : certains transats endommagés sont restés inutilisables durant tout le séjour. Au restaurant, le service est plutôt en libre-service, les boissons n’étant pas proposées à table. Point positif important : aucun souci d’hygiène ou d’intoxication alimentaire à signaler durant tout le séjour.

Geçirdiğimiz güzel vakit için teşekkürler.

22-28 ağustos arası ailecek konakladık. Kemeri bilenler için deniz kısmı ufak taşlı ancak cam gibi suyu vardır bunları detaylı anlatmaya gerek yok. Animasyon ekibi, mini club ekibi çok iyi. Tam bir aile oteli. Başta Lena hanım olmak üzere cezayirli kardeşlere ve diğer ismini bilmediğimiz tüm animasyon ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Otel yapı olaral çok yeni değil ancak temiz. Çalışanlar güzel motive edilmiş ve gerçekten müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı çalışıyorlar. Çocukların gerçekten eğlendiği bir otel. Yemekleri gayet güzel ve lezzetli. Eksikleri: yemekhanede tabaklar lekeli kalıyor. O kısma bakılmalı. Ayrıca otel full olduğu için şezlong havuz kısmında bir tık yetersiz. Bu durumlar kısmında herşey güzeldi.

Otel genel olarak beklentilerimizi karşıladı mutlu ayrıldık. Eski bir otel olduğunu bilerek geldiğimiz için mekansal olarak hayal kırıklığı yaşamadık. Odalar yenilenmiş ama genel kullanım alanları halen eski izler taşıyor. Temizlik iyi, yemekler güzeldi severek yediğimiz şeyler çok oldu. Denizi çok güzel ortam yeşil ve maviydi.

Genel hatlarıyla tatmin edici

Tatilimiz çok güzel geçti. Özellikle animasyon ekibinden lena, di ve maddy mini clubda olsun akşam animasyonda olsun çocuklarla çok güzel ilgilendiler, kızım onları çok sevdi. Otel bahçesiyle ve olanaklarıyla benim beklentilerimi aştı. Yemekleri birazcık daha iyi opabilirdi, birde gece 11.30a kadar havuz başı eğlencesi erken yatmak ve dinlenmek isteyenler için o bölgedeki odalarda rahatsız edici olabilir.

Zimmer, Bad und die Dusche sind sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. TOP Klimaanlage wenig schwach, da wir nachts nicht so warm hatten (Ende Oktober), war ausreichend gewesen. Wer aber im Hochsommer im Hotel ist der wird Probleme haben. Das Hotel Areal ist sehr groß und genau so voll. Personal sind sehr nett und hilfreich, jederzeit auch wenn die unter Stress stehen oder mit nervigen Gästen zu tun haben. Essen ist lecker und über Vielfalt kann man sich nicht meckern. Leider ist das Hotel für mich im allgemein laut, ist auch ein Riesen Hotel, somit Urlaub und Ruhe genießen ist nicht so einfach. Manche lieben es, manche nicht. Schlecht finde ich, dass man den Außen und Innenpool nur bis 18:30 benutzen kann, somit stehen die Liegestühle ab 18:30 nicht mehr zu Verfügung. Finde schade, da andere Hotels die ich kenne, möglich ist es bis 21 Uhr Innen-, Außenpool und auch Hamam zu benutzen. Innen und Außenpool sehr kühl, die sind nicht beheizt. Hamam, das runde Hamam Marmor Fläche könnte wenig heißer sein, ist auch ein Hamam, somit sollte es spürbar sein. Satelliten/ TV Empfang ist sehr schlecht bezüglich der Qualität. Es handelt sich um Sat TV aber nicht richtig eingestellt somit schlechte Qualität. Das Fernseher konnte es auch größer sein. Das Bett ist zu weich und es quietscht heftig. Gut habe ich nicht geschlafen. Free WLAN ist sehr schwach. Nur in der Lobby freies WLAN Kostenpflichtige WLAN ist wenig schneller, einzige Vorteil man hat überall Empfang.

Konaklama

Otelin blok şeklinde olması hoşuma gitmedi. Çünkü annemin ayaklarında sıkıntı var çok fazla yürüyemiyor. Restaurant ile oda arasındaki mesafe nededeyse 1 km idi. Sabah öğle akşam yemekleri çok güzeldi. Personelleri güler yüzlüydü. Diğer sıkıntım çıkış günü saat 12.00 de odayı terketmem gerekiyordu. Saat.11.38 de odama valizlerimi almaya çıktığımda oda kartımı iptal etmişler. Odaya giriş yapamadım. Sanki görmemiş arsız yerine konulduğunu hissettim. Bu konu beni ziyadesiyle üzdü. Gerekli eleştirimi resepsiyona yaptım. Genel olarak ben çok beğendim. Büyüğünüzü götürecekseniz o konuda biraz düşünmelisiniz.
