“Private entrance and good location. Used this stay for Anchorage based errands and it worked great. Beds are very comfortable and the set up is spacious. Hosts are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend”

“My group of four loved staying at Happy's place. It is a shared home with 3 different properties to rent. We were in the basement, and there was some noise from the group who stayed on the main floor. When I told Happy, she was incredibly kind and handled the situation for us with no issue. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a full kitchen to make life easy. We would stay here again!”

“Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable beds. The host was fantastic - our son left a lovey behind, and she contacted us right away to make sure we didn't leave without it. Since it is near the hospital, there was a bit of road noise, but otherwise it was perfect.”

“The stay was great, everything look very nice clean. The entryway needs to be swept and mopped, and the floor seems stickie to us, but everything was just beautiful brand new apartment. Would a stay again.”

“Never stayed…. It’s insecure. Doors open without a code and there are bed bugs in mattresses, blood stains all over them. Looks like they got them out of the garbage. Worst part is the host didn’t think it was a problem that the doors open by pressing 🔒and have to lock the unit with a code… completely ass backwards. VRBO never refunded us for this stay even though we could not stay, it’s insecure and filthy.”

“We had the best time staying in this beautiful house! It was the perfect amount of room for the 6 of us. Plenty of space to spread out and also come together in the huge, well stocked kitchen. There's a nice big table where we relaxed and played games after a busy day. We had the best time visiting with Bill, Kim and Sophia sitting around their fire and hearing stories. An unexpected bonus to our stay! We were only there one night but it felt like home. Highly recommend!”

“This is a comfortable stay with some quirks such as limited lighting, odd layout with bathroom and sink. Wi-Fi slow and dropped out at times but fast enough for computer but delay with tv streaming. Asked for floor to be swept but no broom or vacuum. Asked for trash to be taken out but dumpster across rain soaked rock/dirt lot. It was fine overall but not better than a hotel”

“The bed was saggy in the middle and needs some help. The towels were not made of a fabric that wicked moisture well. There were no spices or coffee or any extras in the kitchen. We mainly stayed there at night and luckily didn’t have to prepare meals there. Road noise was obvious”

Check-in and out was very efficient. Easy access in and out. Parking was right out at the end of the building. It was a very quiet neighborhood.”
