Good: owner rented for less than a week at a reasonable price / Lake view / dock / kayaks & canoe / relatively flat lot / plenty of parking / propane in bottle for grill. Bad: front porch handrails rotted and loose / mouse droppings on counter, in cabinets, and on top of two beds / not very clean inside / outside grill / side deck not usable (rotted and mildewed) / wood walkway to lake had screws sticking out (pointed end) / ladder on dock……

“Over all great place if I was at a hotel I would’ve had to cart my own trash away for as much as we paid a cleaning fee was added for what ?we did all the cleaning as instructed by owner the house needs a few up grades the toilets was so low like in the 60’s spider webs in the corner in living room difficulty locating garbage bags outdoor furniture un useable needs cleaning prior to guests arrival yet mentioned in advertisement of home amenities”

Everything was labeled so we were able to find anything we needed with ease. There is so much provided for the guests. The number of games we had access to make this a true winner for the kids. The location was perfect, and the water access was just what we wanted. This was truly the perfect weekend away. Edie was great!……

The views are amazing from most any room in the home. I love that the owners pay great attention to detail and ensure that guests have access to everything needed during the stay and has provided meticulous notes to assist with a stress free visit! “It was very nice place but need to get rid of ants , the back porch was full of big black ants . they were in my car when we left . Other then that the stay was GREAT !!”

“The house has all of the amenities you need to stay in touch if you want but also the beautiful outdoors to distract you and allow you to escape from reality and just enjoy the lake. Floats, kayaks, towels, grill, fire pit, wifi, it was all amazing! We had a few hiccups when we got there but Emily and Tucker jumped right on it and we were fixed in no time!”

“The house itself was great, well maintained, clean, everything worked. Working gas grill and firewood provided. The Internet service at the house was DSL, very slow. Had a hard time streaming music. The Lake would have some current at times, not all the time. And there was a day with a bit of an oil slick on the water, possibly dam related. We swam and paddle boarded and had a lovely time, nonetheless. We didn't have a boat, that might have been nice for the times when the current was there.……

“Nice home that has been updated. Although on the smaller side, the layout made it feel much larger. Having ping pong and mortal combat in the basement was an added bonus the 4 teenage boys loved! Steps from the house to the dock are very steep, you will get a workout!”
