「The TV didn’t work in my room all it had was scrambled white noise it was around 11pm before it finally was fixed… I called Don and reported it once at 2 o’clock, and then I reported it again at 7 PM. Nothing was done. The girl at the front desk said they were waiting on maintenance to come in, and I guess he didn’t get there until a little before 11 PM. This is ridiculous. I would like a refund. How do you not have it fixed right away when obviously it had to be an easy fix? We just had to wait...

「Bathroom door latch was not working otherwise staff were great and very helpful. The location is great but needs more lighting in the parking area. The roads leading to location was dark and turning into or exiting the hotel location from parking lot was little difficult especially with incoming vehicles.」

「Very nice place for」

「Rooms were very clean and quiet. Never saw any staff. Breakfast wasn’t available」

「The staff made the stay very enjoyable. I appreciated the easy location and the breakfast each morning was delicious, plentiful and tended to by a friendly and caring staff member. I started each day with a smile!」

「Staying at the Blanco Riverside Cottages & RV was a wonderful experience. The check-in and room code for the door was all handled via email. We also had access to the Blanco State Park from our courtyard area. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and our stay was extremely quiet; we saw other guests, but never heard a sound from anyone. Our villa was huge and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. We will definitely stay again if they have a room available for our next trip back.」

「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「Staff congenial, helpful -Room Was very clean, air conditioning worked well Parking was good -would have liked Kleenex available-and perhaps stronger coffee 🤗」

「Loved the experience!」

「Excellent Place to Relax Visiting during the off-season was the perfect choice for relaxation. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, making it an excellent place to unwind and enjoy some time away from the busy routine. The pool was closed for maintenance, and some of the other cabins were also closed due to the off-season, but that didn’t affect our overall experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway...

「Clean, quiet rooms. Nice, relaxed staff. Gave us our choice of room so our crazy dog wouldn’t bark at passersby. We love the bar and grill on the property too!」

「Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast each morning with plenty of coffee day or night. Nice sized room. Would definitely recommend it to friends & family.」

「Each cottage was very cute. Our kitchen was stocked with cups, coffee packets, and a coffee pot. Towels were clean and soft and large.」

「Excellent cabin to stay in. Right in the heart of Hill Country with easy access to the Hwy 290 Wine Trail and Fredericksburg. Loved it!」

「Beautiful property! Room was elegant and well maintained. The shower was a disappointment though. Not much water pressure. Old pipes I guess.」
