「The facility was unsafe and unsanitary. There was a clear mouse infestation, and the odor became unbearable. The lack of running water made the property unlivable. I contacted the host multiple times regarding the water issue, but nothing was done.Additionally, the oven did not work, there were no lights on the outside staircase leading to the bedroom, and there was no lock on the door, creating serious safety concerns.」

「The cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. We were in the area to kayak the Kickapoo River and the cabin was close to where we launched (about 8 mins). It was cozy to relax in after 12.5 miles of kayaking. We enjoyed sitting outside, seeing wildlife including a deer, and hearing an owl at night. We plan to be back!」

「The area and home are very special...wonderful!!! I would have given 5 stars but the ladybug infestation was hard to get past. They were on the floor, ceiling, countertops, and walls. They fell on us during the night and would end up on or in our drinks. As soon as that is solved, this is a perfect stay to get away for the weekend and enjoy wildlife. 」

「The apartment was larger than expected. Missed having a kitchen table although they do have that space behind the wall where the bed is located. It was clean, had a little bit of a musty odor when we first got there. There was only one coffee cup and no fry pan. I bought my own fry pan to use but took it home with me.」
