Very nice room, very kind and efficient staff

Initially I was checked in to smaller room than I booked. Upon discussion in the following morning, the room was switched to the correct one and all the move was neatly done by staff while I went out to business. The room (superior room) was very comfortable. Housekeeping was perfect. The location is also good as close to the train station and easy to move to Casablanca and Tangier for a day trip. Only negative point is Hotel.com does not provide an option to include breakfast in the pricing (not the hotel's fault, I guess). I will stay there again.

Beautiful hotel at the top of the Downtown Street. Extremely nice and friendly doorman and front desk staff. Breakfast is not included. I they have a nice maid to order I'm at bar everything else was carbs with delicious pastries and cakes. Parking is a challenge. The hotel security blocks of several spaces reserved in front of the hotel for guests, but these fill up. After that, it may be a short walk to find parking. The rooms are high-quality. We love the bed and the couch! Use the door keycard to access the electricity in the room. If you take the door keycard out to go around town, your air conditioning goes off. Overall, we have stayed here twice and we would stay here again and again.

Great stay from the beginning to the end! The room is very clean and modern. Same with the bathroom. The mattress was amazing as well as the bedding. I thought about getting it for my own place! If I had any complaints, it would only be that everything is very tight or tiny. I'm very flexible, but still had a hard time cleaning the beach sand from my legs in the shower. As long as you don't mind being tightly packed, this is a great place to stay! The breakfast in the morning was awesome! Eggs, sausage, all sorts of pastries and fruit. And don't forget the Moroccan tea! Poured from the very high up and splashing out across the table, perfectly done! We extended our stay from two nights to five nights because we liked this place so much! It's very close to the train station that serves Kenitra. It's at the top of the shopping row. All sorts of shopping down the road from here. Crazy driving in the Morrocan city traffic. The people working here are super friendly. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel. They have security watching things.

Bon hôtel au personnel charmant

La première chambre était trop petite j’ai demandé à changer et la seconde était plus spacieuse. Tout était parfait notamment le personnel mais les équipements sont vraiment très limités et l’absence de prises murales devant un miroir est un mauvais point.

Globalement très bon sejour comme d’habitude. Quelques points à améliorer : chaînes tv signaux pas stables, pas assez de cintres, paroi douche à améliorer pour éviter inondation de la salle de bain. D’ailleurs l’hôtel a refusé d’appliquer l’avantage membre gold hotels.com.
