「The room could have been cleaner. The ac worked well but needs to be clean. My daughter and I both had a reaction to the room air. The beds were very comfortable. Overall it was an ok stay. The staff were excellent and seemed to like their jobs. 」

「Clean property. However, toilet seat is so small - looks like kids version - pls change it. The cistern refill is so loud as if a jet takes off pls fix these in otherwise a good n newly furnished rooms」

「I stayed here after an assault, and despite my situation, they weren't even willing to extend my check out time by an hour. The family that runs this place isnt at all empathetic or even flexible.」

「This Red Roof was fine, very convenient location, quite, helpful staff, allowed pets (including cat with litter box). We’ve stayed here twice, it was fine both times.」

「I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that...

「Room was good. Only booked to sleep for the night and the bed was comfortable. Upon booking it says buffet breakfast but all there was, was waffle maker dry cereal toast bagels muffins instant oatmeal hard boiled eggs , coffee and juices. I guess it was set up like a buffet but not what I’m use too or was expecting. Room was clean too」
