A classic Kennebunk beach house, just a few steps from Goose Rock Beach!

The true definition of open concept is on the second floor with kitchen, dining and living areas.

Two sliding doors lead to a huge deck with oceanviews for entertaining.

Enjoy the heated saltwater swimming pool, open seasonally (scheduled to close in October 2024 and reopen in May 2025 - subject to change depending on weather conditions).

The property is excellent in terms of location and accomodations. There were maintenance issues, including an oderous refrigerator, non-working remotes, dirty table placemats and a lack of a toilet paper holder. The owner was great in terms of communications about issues and follow-up, but the manager and cleaning people were not up to par.

The house was lovely. It was clean with beautiful views. There were ample bedrooms with bathrooms for our entire party of 11. The location was perfect. Access to the private beach was wonderful. The amenities were lacking. Nowhere did it say that bathroom soap or shampoo was not provided. There was maybe one rollof toilet paper per bathroom and no extra papertowels. I would definitely go back knowing what to expect and not expect. The house was just what we wanted!

We had the most wonderful stay! The location right across the street from the beach access path and on the quieter end of the neighborhood can’t be beat. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and used them both every day. I’m not aware of any other GRB houses with pools so this is a really special amenity. I could have spent all day on the second floor deck!

The pool and hot tub were great! If you’re traveling with little kids, know that main stairwell is huge and doesn’t fit a baby gate.

Goose Rocks View

The pool was an excellent addition and they also enjoyed the hot tub. It was in the nineties for two days and the air conditioning was only working in the two new upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms were extremely warm and the air conditioning unit in the playroom provided no relief. The upstairs air conditioner was not functioning properly also. This is the second time we rented this house and two years ago the weather was twenty degrees cooler, which didn’t require any air conditioning. We enjoyed the Goose Rocks Beach and the surrounding neighborhood. It is great for walking and running.

Dryer did not work. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week ?? Zero basics provided like a bar of soap, salt/pepper. We purchased everything the next day it was just a little odd. House and view were great. Need to refresh games and add some books. Great location and house just felt a little tired.

Ideal Goose Rocks Beach Property

Couldn't have asked for a better property along Goose Rocks Beach to spend our family vacation. We felt at home immediately in this spacious home with all the amenities and plenty of space for everyone, especially for 6, 4, and 2 year-olds to play. The 2nd floor front deck was a perfect place for Grandma and Grandpa to relax and for the family to have dinner together with views of the ocean and the sound of the waves. The quiet neighborhood and road made a safe place for the kids to ride their bikes. The icing on the cake was the newly built backyard swimming pool and fire pit. Felt like being in a mini resort. This lovely property and its hosts do not disappoint!
