Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage all one floor. Sleeps 5, open concept living room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms, master bedroom with king size bed and TV, guest bedroom with queen size bed. 2 spacious bathrooms one with a tub shower combo and the other with a walk in shower. Queen size pull out sofa in the living room. Linens included. For renters with little ones, there is a pack n play as well as a portable high chair. Open concept living room, enjoy snuggling up to watch a movie on the smart TV or play some board games in front of the fireplace. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal stocked with all essentials. For a day on the beach we provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. After a long day of fun at the beach or pools come back to relax on the patio and enjoy cooking on the grill and watching the sun set. Beautiful gated community with resort amenities. Unwind at our nearby clubhouse, where you can access two outdoor heated swimming pools, lower pool is adult only after 2pm. The clubhouse boasts foosball, ping pong, Air hockey, bocce courts, and horseshoe pits. The fitness center helps you stick to your workout routine. If you prefer to be outdoors you can enjoy walking around the quiet neighborhoods in our gated community or venture out to hike the Eastern trail. Have fun sitting by the fire pit or the fire bar and enjoy a few cocktails. If you like mini golf it’s one minute away just outside the complex. Only 12 minutes away is Dock square, Kennebunkport where you will find great restaurants and lots of shopping. The Beaches are only 15 minutes away, kayak rentals, whale watching, boat tours and much more. This area has something for everyone. There is a wealth of places to go and things to do within a short drive. Come and enjoy a truly special place that has kept generations of families returning year after year.

During the Prelude in Kennebunkport, you can watch Santa Claus arrive by lobster boat during the annual Christmas Prelude, and there are many other festivities hosted throughout the holiday season.
