“Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. (We were not locked out because my son was inside and could let us in).The apt looked just like the pictures and had everything……

“We had a nice stay and really enjoyed our first visit to the city. The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The pillows were all the same, which I didn’t care for, but the other two people didn’t complain. The bathroom was loaded with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, the towels were soft & fluffy! “The check in process was easy -- and I was grateful it was ready when I landed at noon -- and the property manager was super responsive when we had a maintenance issue. They sent an efficient, kind handyman to fix it within the hour. The property itself is clean and well maintained. NoLA is a beautiful, complicated place and this neighborhood is rapidly gentrifying. There were some unhoused folks sleeping on the ground next door and a nearby abandoned building draws a crowd at night I decided to……

“May not be”5 Star” for everyone, but for us it was almost perfect : location, cleanliness, helpfulness of property management- all excellent. For some it might be a bit small, but that should be expected for such a reasonable cost.”
