New listing! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space! Located in a safe neighborhood and with plenty of driveway parking, this modern remodeled home has room for the entire group. Beautiful patio and fire pit will entertain year round.

Enjoy the firepit in the large, private backyard or play a game of foosball inside.

3 king beds and a futon will ensure comfort for everyone. Downstairs is a cozy finished basement to gather or get away.
1 pet max, please ask about more. Include any lets on reservation. Pet fee $100

We loved this property. Great style. Really great yard if you bring a pet. Great location and easy to get in and out. Will definitely stay again. Only thing ot needs is a few more coffee cups. There was only one. But it worked because I’m the only one who drank coffee!

Absolutely beautiful home! Cozy, well equipped and absolutely perfect for parents with a couple adult children. Easy access to everywhere and easy to find. The mid century vibe was exceptional! Highly recommend!

Great weekend!

The description of the property was very accurate. We were very pleased coming into the house and seeing all the cute details and the overall cleanliness and layout. It was perfect for our group, although a couple additional lounge chairs in the fireplace area would have been a welcomed addition. The location was perfect for us. There was a little street noise from Kennewick Ave, but it was tolerable. Enough off-street parking, and the kitchen, bedrooms and baths were all well stocked and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again if we needed a place in the area.

Very clean and spacious.

My family of 5 adults came to Kennewick for a funeral and the house couldn’t have been more perfect! Everyone had their own room and the 3 bathrooms were very nice. It was very clean and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this home and will try to stay again.

We came to Kennewick for a concert and some wine tasting. Place was clean and had everything you need (well make sure to bring your own hairdryer!). Would absolutely stay here again.
