"It took us an hour and ten minutes to check in. When we got in our room our smoke detector wouldn’t stop beeping. When we tried to call the front desk we weren’t able to. We were late to our event because of our late check in. I will never stay here again. "

"The breakfast was watered down eggs and oatmeal. They had a couple other options but not a good breakfast. The pool must be under construction there’s buckets around it and tools. The gym looks like it’s been remodeled but not completed. The “equipment” was broken and missing tv’s the tvs on the elliptical weren’t hooked up. For $360 a night these things should be fully functional and breakfast should better than something you could get at McDonald’s."

"I always come here when I travel to Washington. The staff is amazing. It is quiet. TJ has excellent customer service and is really friendly. I appreciate his service every time I check in. The beds are very comfortable. I sleep like a baby every time! "
