Welcome to the RONDIVU!
Boasting over 1700 square feet and all the amenities you could ever dream of! From an In home movie theater with authentic popcorn machine. To the out door lounge and hot tub, ALSO equipped with an outdoor theater!
Please noteThe outside theater is removed during the winter months. Oct 15th to May 1
Lawn mowing is done every Wednesday and Saturday.
Hottub cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays.
We do our best not to have maintenance people at the home while guests are home.
3 bedroom each equipped with a smart TV
You enter the front entrance which is the Rondivul. The lower unit is the River Inn. It is rented full time to a traveling nurse she will not be using or the yard except coming and going for the lower unit. Yard is not shared.

The property was pet friendly. The space was clean, comfortable, and has a digital projector with a screen to watch Netflix and Amazon. Large beds. Hot tub. The host is friendly and responsive. Beautiful home. Will stay there again.
