「This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work.

「Large wine estate with expansive views of vineyards, mountains, and gardens. Ibis around the lake on the property. Very spacious and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was excellent - large continental buffet with a wide variety of egg dishes ordered from the menu. Service at the resort was excellent.」

「The hotel in general is okay. However, I stayed there for 8 nights, and breakfast was the same each morning. Also, tooth brush, toothpaste, shaver, comb etc were not provided. While it is good for the environment, it would be inconvenient for visitors like me who was there for business.」

「Great location. Comfortable room」

「The whole place and experience was wonderful. Outstanding lounge bar. Restaurant excellent the staff were superb」

「Our favorite hotel in Cape Town. The breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel--and I've traveled a lot! The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. We always feel so at home here. Love it!」

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」

「very good very nice」
