Sooo convenient with shops and dining. Also close to main pickup/dropoff areas for taking boat or shuttles. Only missing is the pool - had to go across the street to use someone else's.

Excellent Hotel right in central Capetown wharf. Lots of fabulous restaurants located within minutes. Very luxurious and the staff were great. Luci at the Hotel’s concierge desk was fantastic as were Douglas, the front desk staff and the Assistant Manager during the day.

I had a view of Table Mountain from my room, I think it’s either that or the harbour. The breakfast was good with views of the harbour, although eating outside could be an issue with the seagulls. The staff were excellent and knew the area well.

Pleasant stay at the V&A - Building work is noisy

Great location for a very pleasant stay at the V&A in Cape Town. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. However it would have been good to know that major building works are being undertaken and start at 8am each day with some considerable amount of noise.

Great location

Perfect location, reception staff are beautiful and friendly. The staff at the restaurant need to improve their level of service, as too many times you sit and wait for someone to take your order and you can see the wait staff standing around chatting to one another but the moment management is around, the wait staff are very attentive but once management leaves it goes back to, you the customer, being ignored and they accept a decent tip without decent service.
