「Fantastic house, with absolutely lovely owner who made us all feel really welcome. Beds were all great and the kitchen was fully equipped with every equipment A large group could need! The house had Christmas lights and a tree all decorated for us. Deeanna gave us a comprehensive list of places to visit and was super helpful! Fully reccomended!」

「We were a family of 7 adults and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was huge with room for everyone, although most of the time was spent in the conservatory, the grey living room with the open fire and the dining area. The kitchen was very well equipped. The garden was huge and was enclosed so the dog could be let out without worry. There were 2 parking spaces on the private lane, one more spacious than the other but everything worked fine for us. 「Neptune cottage is in a great location, close to the seafront and center of town with all the shops and restaurants. The property has a nice little garden and is clean, a cosy cottage with a good well equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was excellent, very friendly and provided good recommendations for places to eat. Would highly recommend the place. 」

「The buts are well documented by previous guests. Kitchen needed a good clean, utility room very untidy, whole house due an update and could be stunning. We had ants in the kitchen and even in the dishwasher which meant we were washing up constantly and couldn’t leave food out in over half the kitchen. The owner knows this problem occurs. 「Waters Edge is an ideal location for a family celebration, with great accommodation, modern with a coastal theme to the rooms. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for a self catering stay and plenty of space to gather while preparing the meals. Having the beach at the back of the property, with access from the garden was ideal for the morning walks and seeing the sunrise over the sea was a beautiful sight. 「Sadly, this was one of the worst properties I’ve stayed in. It bears absolutely no resemblance to the description and photos. The facilities are poor, it’s dirty, smells stale, and the communication with the host was also very sporadic. I ended up staying for 10 minutes, whilst trying to find a hotel which I thankfully did. Still waiting on refund. 」
