“Room was very clean but this third party check in is for the birds. Foreign country / no available internet to look up info. Thanks to a lovely shop owner we were able to contact the host. He said he didn’t receive my info but I had sent it. What happened - who knows. So I had to resend it with the help of our wonderful shop owner friend! More to the story but I just want to forget the awful experience!”

“The mirror was smeary and the glasses weren’t cleaned properly still had marks on. We didn’t get the caravan we were expecting on the ad. Was meant to have a 3 bedroomed caravan and ended up with 2. Needed it for 3 kids and a mum plus me and partner. Didn’t get communication until the day before we left. I had to find out throu social media platform as I needed a caravan for 4 dogs. Had to book another for my mother in law so dogs could go in.”

“Our family has just returned from an unforgettable stay at The House on the Hill, and it exceeded every expectation. This is one of those rare holiday homes that looks wonderful in the photos more impressive in person. Every bedroom is generously sized. The kitchen is fully equipped and had absolutely everything we needed. The outdoor space is equally spectacular. The heated swimming pool was the perfect size for both adults and children and quickly became everyone's favourite place to spend……

“The house was amazing. The house was very well equipped with things we needed. The only things we would suggest are more than one hand towel per bathroom as some people use them for hair towels. Also, in the garden, the steps do not have a hand rail and my parents who are older struggled a bit walking up and down them. Instructions for things are very clear and we had an amazing time”
