89th Birthday Celebration

Our group had a marvelous time at this property.The kitchen was so easy to cook in. We had dinner out one night at Golden Bear Station which was about 2 minutes from the house.I would highly recommend this property.

A dream stay!

We had the best stay in Kenwood—everything about the house was great for our family vacation. We loved having access to the pool and back patio, and the home was comfortable and well-appointed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This wine country home was perfect and was as good in realty as it is in the pictures. Great location and the hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. They are first class in every way. I would gladly stay in this home on future trips.

Perfect Home for Wine Trip

The house was great! It fit our 4 couples perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the heated pool and hot tub every day. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone.

We loved this house so much! Gorgeous, modern living space with laundry room and most stocked kitchen. Loved the ease of the pool and hot tub...very close to amazing restaurants and wineries in the quaint Napa suburb of Kenwood. Amazing owner communication and would definitely stay here again!!!

A very clean, well kept modern property. Nothing they did NOT have! Very well stocked and kept. Description provided is spot on. We all had a magnificent time and would love to return. Kenwood is low key and just what we were hoping for. Many wineries nearby. It was lovely.

Excellent Host

James and Nicole were fantastic hosts and my group had an amazing and relaxing stay. They were highly communicative through the entire process and extremely flexible. The house was a perfect stay and in a central location to many of the top vineyards in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and I will surely be back soon.

This property is amazing!

Our party of six loved this property! We even opted for one less wine tour so we'd have more time to hangout poolside. The layout, inside and out, is optimal for a group. We even had fresh pears for breakfast (off the trees out back). 10-minute walk to a fun bar/restaurant. Only a short drive to wineries. James is a great host! We will be back!!

Great 4 couple getaway

Four couples - old friends - met for get together. Every couple had a king bed and their own bath. Great location close to good restaurants and wineries. The house itself is a good destination with large propert, quiet, secluded, v nice landscaping, pool and decks. We’ll be back

The place was prefect for the 8 people which includes one blind person. 4 good size sleeping spaces and an easy to access swimming pool and spa. The property needs landscape Maintenace. Over grow plants and cobwebs by doors. Location was next our fav VJB winery.

Perfect and peaceful for our girl's trip

We had the best 3 nights here, house was modern and beautiful with all the things needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen and bbq made cooking a delight and the house is big so everyone got there on space for our stay. The pool, hot tub and garden are so nice too, amazing for a day by the pool. James was great with very good communication. We will be back :)

Spacious, light-filled modern house excellent for family gathering

Despite the torrential rain during our stay, we had a wonderful getaway at this property. The house is just as spacious, light-filled, and well-appointed as it appears in the pictures, and the view from the back yard is even better. We enjoyed the spa and swimming in the heated pool even in the winter rain. Hosts were very responsive to questions and quick to resolve any issues.

Amazing home and property with everything you need!

We had the best time celebrating my mom's 80th Birthday. Our group was 5 adults and 4 kids ages 6-16 and this house was spacious enough that everyone had privacy. We cooked and it was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen with every item you could imagine as well as toys, games, pool toys. The pool and outdoor space were just perfect. It was hard to leave and we hope to be back again! Thank you!

Perfect!

This was a perfect house for 4 couples. Property is fantastic-great views, enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Great house inside and out. We also had a great night in with a personal chef and sommelier. If you can book Melinda Hawks you will not be disappointed! Would definitely stay here again! Wish had a little more then 3 nights to enjoy the property!
