「Super great staff, nice, helpful, the hotel itself was well worth it. View was amazing. Main drawback for me was the elevator up to the 13th floor... if you are claustrophobic... might want to rethink this one :). The area around the hotel looked a bit sketchy at first but proved out to be OK. Overall would do it again.」

The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. 「Had a lovely short stay at the hotel. The staff were very curteous and helpful and would go beyond to assist. Got a free transfer to the hotel. Fascinating view of the pyramids while in the rooftop pool or having a meal or even from my room. And it’s 1/10th of the price of the hotel where I initially intended to. It looked empty and I’m sure services would improve if it was busy.」
