Mr Rinn , the hotel manager was so helpful and courteous. We could not fault him. Thanks Rinn. However, the resort needs upgrading and is somewhat rundown even though staff clean it very well. The gardens are also maintained which is a plus. The pool is clean but needs fixing in places. The rooms are dark and out of date so need upgrading too. We talked to Rinn about it and gave some suggestions.
Breakfast is also weak, no Khmer or healthy options, no fresh fruit juice which is available. This needs changing too.
