"宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。"

"Hotel was amazing, well located and beach was awesome. Building is in good condition but does need a bit of love. Room was clean at a surface level but found behind tables extremely dusty. Would go back again but there’s room for improvement that would go a long way hence why 4 stars vs 5. Great restaurants in the area, we opted for those due to the high cost of the hotel restaurant."

"The hotel was extremely nice, especially for the price. My wife and I loved how spacious the room was and really enjoyed the layout. We stayed in a Comfort Room with double beds and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The only thing I wish the room had was a coffee maker. There was a hot water kettle and coffee cups, but surprisingly, no coffee or tea packets were provided. The air conditioning also did not get the room quite as cold as I would have liked, but it was still comfortable. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were also very good. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!"
