We arrived very early at the room, and the receptionist super nice, told us we can take a shower and even using towels for shower, we took a rest in the lobby before check in. All staffs are help even housekeeper, bed and everything very comfortable. Specially the shower gel, good smell

This is a one month old hotel, so all the amenities are really new, so new that some of them are not fixed properly or still on the way. The staff are super nice, they are service oriented and try to help me to sort our all the queries.Location is perfect, it is opposite to the port, so can consider to take the ship to arrive from Athens to Crete without taking plane. A little bit off from the old Chania city, so the view and surrounding is better. There is bus to access to Chania,...

Friendly staff and nice place to stay for many nights in this beautiful historic building that I have ever lived in. Well-decorated in the setting of 16th century, but integrated with the contemporary sense of art in the rooms and the common area. Also just located at the frontier of the port with a scenic view of historic lighthouse. This Venetian style boutique hotel would be highly recommended.
