“This is a true luxury hotel! It is beautiful, clean, and high end. The superior suite is amazing with a separate master bedroom with a porch overlooking the interior of the hotel with 2 standard chairs. There are two sinks, a large closet, and a chair in the master. “We spent our Whitsun holidays at the JW Marriott Crete with our young kids and had a great time. The resort is beautiful, located right at the quiet end of Marathi Bay. It’s incredibly family-friendly—the staff were amazing with the children, and the kids' pool is perfect since it's shallow, warm, and shaded by a sun sail. “Such a lovely place to stay. We took our toddler and it was perfect for her. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and made an effort with our little one. The location was great as it was peaceful and felt very secluded. It’s very close to some lovely beaches and restaurants (that you can walk to). We hired a car which made Kanso rooms a perfect base for visiting Chania old town and other beaches. The resident cats were gorgeous and escorted us to our room whenever we arrived back. Our room……

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……
