The Mountain View is impressive, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are cozy and clean.
Pet friendly. Its location is perfect. Everything you need is close by. We loved our three night’s stay.

We had such an incredible time staying at Piazza’s Pine Cone Inn! We loved the room- super comfortable and clean, the grounds and vintage/historical decor are so fun, pool was great, Raquel was an angel and we were within walking distance to the heart of Kernville and the Kern river. One of our new favorite spots and we can’t wait to come back!

Just completed a 5,000 mile road trip and this was hands down our favorite stay. The staff is very friendly and the motel is very cute. It was the best sleep we had the entire trip and the town is amazing. We will be planning a trip next year specifically for this area and will be staying here again for sure!

Had a lovely two night stay with my dog where we were able to explore the nature in the surrounding area. Roberta was super friendly and great at giving advice on the surroundings area’s activities. The businesses in the town square are also all very friendly and accommodating. Was a great getaway and I’d absolutely go again!

My wife loved the cuteness and the cleanliness of this place. Check in was a breeze, location was awesome. Very quiet, great mattress, good night sleep. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
